Affiliate program terms

    CommissionPartners earn 30% of net payments made by referred customers for 12 months from the customer's first payment. Placeholder text pending legal review.

    AttributionA referral is attributed to the last partner link clicked within 30 days of signup. Cookie-based; self-declared referrals are not honoured.
  3. 03
    Hold periodCommissions are held for 30 days from the payment date before becoming payable, to cover refunds and chargebacks.
  4. 04
    PayoutsPayouts are issued on the 1st of each month via PayPal to the address on file, provided the payable balance is at least $25.
  5. 05
    Refunds and chargebacksCommissions on refunded, disputed, or reversed payments are deducted from the pending or payable balance.
  6. 06
    Prohibited promotionNo self-referrals, paid search on GhostShorts brand terms, coupon-site listings, spam, or misleading claims about the product.
  7. 07
    TerminationEither party may end the arrangement at any time. Accrued payable commissions are paid out at the next cycle; pending balances are forfeited on termination for abuse.
  8. 08
    ChangesWe may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
